The Chinese Tech Gaint “Xiaomi” is trying to capture every single market, not only in the electronics but in other industries also. Be it headphone, shoes, umbrella everything. Xiaomi recently launched a XiaoAI Touchscreen speaker Pro 8 in Chinese market and now set to unveil its Wireless Keyboard and Mouse. As the name suggests these new devices would be wireless and targeted as the Office-centric product.
Xiaomi wireless keyboard and mouse specs
Starting with the design both the devices looks minimal and tipped in black colour. I’m what a combination of Minimal design and Black colour. However, it would be early to say but this thing looks dope. The keyboard can be plugged in and will be ready-to-use without requiring any driver installation. The keyboard comes with a full 104-key layout with a dedicated Numpad on the right side. It also has a row of function keys at the top for tasks like playback control, screen capture, screen recording and more.
Further, the new Xiaomi keyboard has an inclined platform with a 6-degree elevation for a comfortable experience. The keycaps have a slightly curved profile and have laser-engraved characters, which means they won’t fade away easily. The Keyboard also has a smart sleep mode, which automatically turns off power when the device has been sitting idle.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi mouse weighs 60 grams and has a utilitarian design. It has a decent optical sensitivity of 1,000DPI. The mouse has a symmetrical design so it can be used by both left and right-handed person. It runs on AAA batteries and has a slot at the base to house the USB hub. Both Xiaomi devices connect over 2.4GHz network.
For now, we have limited information about both devices. For now, it’s unknown whether the Xiaomi Keyboard and mouse set will launch in India or not. The set is priced at CNY 99 in china which is roughly Rs 1000. You can tell us your thoughts on this set in the comment section below.
